We have a design already finalized. The design is simply in a rasterized graphic layer right now, which is what we used to get final approval from the client.
I need somebody that is an EXPERT in WordPress, and that can take my design and implement it using the WordPress engine, or Expression Engine. The website includes a simple real estate search for U.S. military housing.
Please DO NOT WASTE MY TIME if you are not 100%, absolutely certain and experienced in building custom WordPress designs. I have come across many developers who claim to know how to do something, but spend days just trying to figure out the basics.
You will have internal support for styling and graphics, but you will be the lead on the development and WordPress/Expression Engine integration, which will include you setting the design up so that we can manage and edit the front end using one of the designated engines.
