Creative and Visual Website Design

Hello, I am interested in having a website designed for the company I work for, VIVO. I would like it to be basic and very visual. I am not sure how much detail you would like me to give to you with this first contact, but I will try to give you a basic idea of what I am wanting.
I would like a thin menu strand at the top including Home, Products, Our Company, Blog, and Support. Also on the strand I would like our social media links: Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter.
Then I want a wide image very crisp and grabbing strung across the whole page. I may want just one picture there or a roll of a couple of pictures.
I would then like a little menu bar at the bottom of the picture/page. This would include Contact Info and Directory links.
I would like the top links to have drop down menu boxes.
I have more ideas and details to share, but I will hold off for now. Please let me know if you are interested with working with VIVO and I, and I would love to discuss the website more.
