Create a 1 page site featuring Parallax Scrolling

I need a 1 page website designed that features Parallax Scrolling. I have tried it myself and just cannot seem to get my mind around it. I have all the artwork needed (I think). Basically I need the background to move at a slower rate than 6 foreground images, hence the need for Parallax Scrolling. The amount of work needed is very minimal for someone who knows HTML. I would envision no more than 1-2 hours work.
