Couple of websites

Dear developers, My name is Momo and I have a small company in Rotterdam, Holland. I am looking for a developer/programmer in Europe to develop a couple of websites and in the future some iphone apps as well. The sites will not be really high tech or high budget. I have worked as a programmer myself in 2000-2002, but haven't done anything since. But i know what it takes to start, maintain and finish a webproject. I am looking for a company that I also can visit in real life, e.g. in Romania, Poland etc. The first project will be an online contest-configurator for small companies. The companies must be able to log in, create their own mini page with information about their company and set up/start a contest for their clients. They need to be able to choose from a database one contest and order the necessary printed material from an associated printshop. The clients of the company will get a number or a code and must be able to login and participate in the contest. The website will then generate a winner. So there are 4 usergroups: a-the administrator: he must be able to fill the database with contests b-small company boss: he must be able to select a contest from the database, order printed material, set up his own promotional page within our site c- contestants : must be able to register and participate in the contest d- affiliates: e.g. printshops: the must be able to create a minipage with information about their company and must be able to change their prices I hope you guys and girls have now enough information to give me a good pricequote. Remember: 1. If I like your work, I will hire you for more websites/apps 2. Before we start the project, i need to come to your place and have a real life chat.
