Convert .psd to html ready to be connected with back end.

We have complete designs for our project. The designs for the most part are complete, there is a handful of small elements i'd like changed, but beyond that the design is ready to go. The design will be non responsive as we are building a separate mobile site also. I have the .psd files, i also have them on InVision so they can be viewed online. There are 13 pages to code. A lot of them have similar layouts and when a frame is built, it should be easy enough to code the rest. The front end code will be connected to our custom back end. You won't need to do any connecting, but there will of course need to be consideration for variable length for certain design elements. I have attached one of the pages so you can get a feel for the design style. I will show the rest of the designs upon picking a candidate. Please note i am looking for people who adhere to coding standards so that my back end developer will have no problem connecting the front end to the back end. Im looking for clean, efficient, easily modifiable code. I would also like someone who understands design and can make suggestions for the small handful of elements i'd like changed. Thanks.
