I have a Flash Website that I need converted to a Joomla 2.5 template fully functional. I'd like this template to be based on a solid framework so that we have several module positions that are collapsible and dynamic. Menu should have rollover effects. I would like to use a joomla "extension" for the frontpage gallery so that if I need to change images and/or add galleries in the future, I can do so through the backend of the website.
