Hi,
I'm looking for an experienced programmer to develop site where contests will be. The main features that MUST BE integrated:
1) User creates a contest and before publishing it must pay an exact amount of money (admin panel must have a possibility to change the amount).
2) Integrate automatic payments through [login to view URL] service. I mean that user can deposit his account through this service automatically. For example I deposit 100$ and this amount must be in automatically deposited to users account.
3) Possibility to choose winner of the contest.
5) After the user chooses the winner money automatically sent to winner.
6) Need a simple clean design for the service.
PLEASE DONT BID IF YOU CANNONT DO THAT WORK OR DONT HAVE EXPERIENCE OF DEVELOPING PROJECTS OF SUCH LEVEL.
