Content Company Requires System

Hi, I run a content production company: [login to view URL] and am in need of a back end system for this website. The system needs to be Wordpress based and will provide a way for clients to log in and order and pay for articles/web pages. That order then needs to be carried forward to an article pool for writers to log in and pick up/submit work. Articles will then go to an editing pool, where editors can log in, pick up work and then submit it to clients. Clients can then log on to pick up work. Basically I need the system to be able to control all aspects of my article/web page writing business online. This needs to be very professional and include: - A credit system so writers and editors get paid for work completed. (payment gateway is Paypal) - Be able to convert articles written in the Wordpress editor to specific doc format - or use an upload/download function. - Be able to deliver completed work in batches in a zip file to clients via email, or by download from the client dashboard. - An option for clients to request rewrite or revision - writer/editor credit held until articles are with client for 3 days. - A manager function to check on progress of work, check quality of work, check for hold ups. Manager should also have the ability to bar writers from the team. - Admin function needs to do the same as manager function, but also provide a way to set article and extra rates, writer/editor rates, choose which writers can wrote on which category and more. - Have a single article request feature, as well as CSV feature for large orders. - Have a very aesthetically pleasing layout and be easy to understand. The system needs to closely mimic the style of my website, which includes keeping the header and footer intact, and creating a dynamic menu from the same template for seamless change from the front end to back end. Future options will have to include an affiliate program and a Wordpress plugin - don't quote for this but bare in mind that the design will have to accommodate this in the future. My limit is $1000 for this project prior to the affiliate program and Wordpress plugin. I will only work with companies with a proven track record.
