Clique - a website which will be able to sync users' profiles and match them - repost

We are interested in building an alpha version to the following system: The website targets to allow users to find the right roommate for them according to their profile. The user will log in through Facebook Connect, and our system will receive its basic details (profile picture, gender, age and list of friends). After the initial login, the user will fill a quick form which includes: nationality, religion, spoken languages, preferred areas of residence, budget, preferred number of roommates, personal interests (football, playstation, art, 90's music, politics, business, photography and etc.), preference of similar/different roommates, occupation, cleanness, pets and opinion about noise. The user will have to fill a minimum of clauses in order for him to be a part of the pool, while the most important clauses are compulsory (nationality, budget, preferred areas of residence and personal interests. The system has to be able to sync all the details of every users' profile and match them with suitable matches - other users. After the user will receive the results, he will see their names, mutual Facebook friends, age and etc. Then the user will be able to send a message to the users that he is interested in talking to them through the website's chat system/inbox (not decided) and an email of this message will be sent to the matched user email address (that he has been sent a message on the website). At a later stage, the matched users will be able to search for a suitable apartment according to their profile (budget of 1000$ per person, located at one of the preferred areas of residence, number of rooms and etc.)
