Clinical Management System

We are developing a small in house clinical management system based entirely on HL7 V3 standards. I will be looking to hire person(s) with the following expertise to assist at different stages of the project. Because of our small plan and budget, we are not looking for companies but freelancers. However, we will demand high quality job and will be willing to compensate accordingly. HL7 v3 experts – To create a database schema and application based entirely on HL7's document, application and messaging standards. The Application will be heavily based on HL7 V3 yet should remain inter operable with legacy systems created using HL7 v2.x. The final product must achieve not only HL7 certification but also certification with other standards in health care IT (including but not limited to HIPAA/EDI, IHE, CCHIT etc). Ideal persons will be those who have experience and proven record of designing systems in the health care IT domain. Website/Database Design – To create an application based on the standards above making extensive usage of Javascript/Ajax for interactive web pages to be used for clinical data entry and extensive server side processing using stored procedures, functions, triggers and saved queries. The application should be able to output data both as customized documents and also based on HL7's Clinical Document Architecture in PDF format. Service providers should be willing to collaborate with domain experts at various stages of the project to ensure compliance with specifications. Further detail will be available to selected providers
