Classified Website Clone

Hi I am looking for clone of [login to view URL] . I want all the functionality that gumtree has to offer, NO EXCEPTIONS (Apart from live chat & forum). I want all the catagories & options that are there. It should give user the choice to select the city they want to post or view the add in. Gumtree uses subdomain setup for each city i.e. [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] etc. I want exact functionality like this. I want a CSS based site with an eye catching theme ( May be from template monster ?) & good back end functionality to maintain the listings. Below are some of the main points 1: Must provide all the functionality as site mentioned above (Apart from live chat & forum ) 2: Should be free for anyone to post an advert 3: Should have CSS & XHTML based table less design 4: Should have a good backend control panel 5: Should have functionality to archive old posts, control advert listing, expiry & notifying member about adver expiry NOTE: NO TIME WASTER PLEASE.
