Change existing website to new design

We currently have a site: [login to view URL] This is a "deals" site where merchants can create an account and then create deals to be listed on the site. Customers then choose deals that are displayed and are shown a code to SMS in from their mobile to receive an "SMS Voucher" to redeem at the merchant's store to get the special deal. The website can be re-branded by "Channels" who can have their own version of the site (shows their logo and some style changes) when one of their customers goes to a unique URL under the [login to view URL] domain. See [login to view URL] as example of Channel. Currently Merchants can Customers can create accounts at buysmartz.com. But we don;t need the customer accounts anymore so customer account login can be removed from new site. So just Channels and Merchants will be able to login through the "Business Login" link and Merchants will be able to create new accounts and create their deals as before. We have created the skeleton for the new website and can be viewed at [login to view URL] We want someone to convert the existing website to the design of the new skeleton. The new site is based on Twitter Bootstrap framework. The existing site is PHP/MySQL, with a lot of jQuery/AJAX. On the new site, all the deals available are displayed on the main page vertically with all their info. The "Get Voucher" button will popup a "Deal Code" (see how this works in the old site) and wait for the user to SMS this in from their mobile. We can answer a lot more questions from the successful bidder. Basically the job will be to use all the current website's code to make look like the new style.
