Change Claroline to accept new user type

I need a new user type added to my Claroline installation. The new user type is "Contractor" This user type is to be created with the following fields: Business Name Business Logo Contact Name Contact Number Contact Email Insurance documents (uploaded pdf or image) Insurance expiration date (in relation to the above insurance) I also need Claroline to Email a dedicated Email address when the insurance is close to being out of date. After this has been created. I need a relationship developed in the database between the "student" user type and the "contractor" user type as a container (or employer).
