CRE Loaded Store fix

I Need 3 Fixes to an incomplete website that has recently been designed.

The website is a CRE LOADED Store, you must have excellent experience of CRE LOADED before I will consider your bid.

Fix 1

Discount voucher code box is not showing in the checkout process, this needs to be added to the first checkout page to allow both google checkout and paypal users to make use of a voucher code.

Fix 2

Banner ads (all) do not carry the osCid value when click, this needs to be fixed.

Fix 3.

SEO Title and descriptions tags do not reflect the product page item, so seems to not be taking data from the database to ensure each page has unique and relevent titles and description meta tags.

I anticipate that these fixes should be very easy for the right person.

I DO NOT pay upfront as asked by previous GAF freelancers, you will be paid when you do the work.
