Bidder Responsibility:
+ Provide a development plan for the portal.
+ Designing a portal system.
+ Provides portal design promotional materials such as logos, business cards, flyers and so on.
+ Responsible for managing the portal in terms of SEO and smooth promotion portal.
+ Have a long-term plan for the portal functionality additions.
Advantages gained by the Bidder: -
a) Technical Partner agreement for 2 years for the portal.
b) Income from continuing.
c) Share of profits.
