Business Office Web Site

I need a full web site development to make a Web Presence for my company. It will need HTML and a flash introduction (or not, depending on costs) and a small PHP code for contact. I will supply the PHP code for the contact page. The site needs to be SEO friendly, which means I want to edit the Keywords , Title and Description fields The site will be in Portuguese language. I will provide all links and menus names on that language. All the content will be filled in by my, but you have to create the placeholders for the text and for the photos. You will have to come up with the design and lay-out creating, based on the Company Colors. Those colors will be giving after the project is awarded. It will be the developer responsibility to find pictures for the lay-out. Each page should have 2 office pictures unless I say otherwise below, and space for text that I will input in HTML. No need to create and Text administration database. The flash animation on the first page should show some kind of office related animation. Fell free to create something interesting related with business office. I will deposit the 100% in escrow at the moment of awarded, and the payment will be by milestone accomplishments.
