Build up new Website for my brand

I am looking for someone to finalise my website in HTML. It should come along with a manual or anything comparable, so I can easily handle it myself, eg. text and picture modifications. Be aware that I am absolute beginner and am not too much into IT details. Under this link you can find the current status of the website ([login to view URL]). On the first page (home) should be added still one picture (neck) on the left side which belongs to the logo (attached). So it should be put in the background on the leftern side - not covering the content area. The pictures on the starting page (home) are not the final ones. There will be 5 ones in a changing mode, but also offering a link to the details. Attached also the pictures. There should be a background when putting the pictures into the slider. I can provide some photos if needed. For the moment the starting page consists of 3 parts. The leftern part should show one picture of one scarf and some text. When you click on it it should show more details on the product. So far we planned to take art gallery from http://flash-gallery.com. However, I also really like the way done on this site: [login to view URL] Would that be doable or will that lead to a higher price? On the right side there will be some information maybe about me or anything else and below some news, but this should only appear in case of there are news. The other pages will also have pictures on top, but frozen. Here I am open for creative ideas. I already have some texts ready. Note: there will be no shop integrated. For the moment there will be just a link to my current shop [login to view URL] and maybe at a later stage to dawanda.com. So far, there will be 6 main menu points: 1) home 2) about me 3) design collection 4) references 5) news 6) shop (link) I also need the site in 2 languages: German and English which should be reachable by 2 buttons DE/EN on top of each page. For the moment there is missing the Submenu with Impressum/contact/AGB/Datenschutz which is mandatory for Germany. Here I am also open for ideas.
