Build a Website for WiWana Design

WiWana Design is a company based in Los Angeles, California, that specializes in creating Websites, Website Designs, iPhone & Android Apps, Motion Graphics, Logo's, e-Commerce websites, Hostings and Domains, Graphic Design and SEO. I DO NOT WANT FLASH. I WANT THE CODING AND THE DESIGN DONE. I want the Website familiar to the one i have posted. A MUST!!!!!! Must be really creative and have good skills in designing banners and icons and everything. Stylish and modern! No First Timers, no low experience designers and coders! I have uploaded a photo of the website design and layout i want. * I would also want the place where it says ADVERTISERS, AFFILIATES ADVOCATES & AGENCIES to be able when a user clicks on any of these, the text and iPhone picture above changes to which one they clicked on. * I want the logo place to be empty, the winner will be the one who designs my Logo for extra $150. * The get social part, i would like it to be a bigger Circle, and say Get a Quote. (Double the size) * Login Part - I would want it to where it only puts the user name and password fields, and a register text next to these. (read Below) * Tabs (Navigation Part) - Home, Process, Services, Portfolio, About Us, Contact | Quote (Background Box of Quote must be longer than all others with background orange color and text black color. SO it stands out) The Tab Pages can be simple for now. As long as I can be able to write content in there. The Login-Page do not worry for now. Just add the fields and everything but do not worry about the process of the Login- User Accounts. I will implement my own system. FEEL FREE TO ASK QUESTIONS!! PM ME!
