Build Our Website !

Hello freelancers ! Me and my friends have an idea for a website (more like a portal).This website will take a lot of time to develop but we have time, we are not in a hurry ! We want to start first with the design for our website ! And who makes the best design for our website will win this challenge and will get the opportunity to work with us. This could be more like a part time job because we don't have a lot of [login to view URL] would like that we pay you in parts, like if we want you to ad some social network application or elements we would pay you for that. First payment is to make the design of course , and build it ! And after we get more cash we will inform to our other steps in our project. Oh yes we want to first make only home , humor , night live section the others will be added later ! I made some shame for our website i will attach it here so you can see it and of course to show your design ! Only people will the skills to work on this .... no beginners please ! And if can people from Bosnian and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia it would make everything easier to speak... because the website should be in 2 [login to view URL] from the country's from up and English ! And we still don't have a name for our website but it would be nice if you could make a great logo.
