I am looking for design and development of a turn-key online store that will be managed my me using shopify.
The business is [login to view URL] and is an online store for cat related products and merchandise.
I do not have a limited brief in terms of design and am not a designer myself, so the winning bid must be able to create a visually appealing site with little input from me. In general terms, I would like something fairly 'clean', not gimmicky but with enough sense of fun to not be sterile.
I am not entirely familiar with the backend capabilities of Shopify, but have seen some good applications of it. The idea is that I should easily be able to enter new products, access analytics, run promotions and update general site content without too much difficulty. I do have basic to occasional moderate coding ability.
NOTE: I have suggested shopify as the base for the project by if you have an idea about a better platform I am happy to hear it. I am also looking for someone who can be available for ongoing contract work to maintain aspects of the site as needed.
