Build an Online Store

My current website is [login to view URL] . This is an opencart website that has multiple custom modules added to it. Below is my current items that I would like done. 1) Wholesale Inquiry - We need a new form made for the site that allows new wholesale shops to fill out a detailed form while at the same time signing up for an account on the website. They will automatically be marked as a wholesale dealer and an email will be sent to me for approval of this. Instead of having the persons name there we need the shop name and then a contact name for the person on the form. we have many other options needed but to long to put here 2) RMA system. Right now our RMA system is VERY poor. We need an entire new system to be made that will allow us to track customer and wholesale RMA. Right now we have an RMA system in place for customers where they can purchase new goods up front and get credit when they return old goods. the problem is we do not have real tracking and we do it it in normal order entry system. We need a new separate system built that will be used just for RMA. We need two versions of this 1) system for normal customer. This customer will follow the warranty procedure already outlined on the site under the warranty section. Please read this to understand 2) system for wholesale customer. wholesale customers we do not make them pay for goods up front, but we need to keep a track of what goods we send them and can update the list for each item to mark as received or outstanding. This way we can track what goods and can be subtracted from our inventory. A) many of the goods that we have to send are components and not new kits. A lot of these components are not on our website as they are part of an item. I will need a way to input each item in this system with a separate part number so the system can track these items and charge shipping for them when need be. B) I need to assign a manufacturer for each item that I sell so we have a list of all warranty items so I can get credit from my companies for items when they are bad. C) both normal customer and wholesale customer will both use the same internal system but will have external differences so they can each utilize them differently. 1) for normal customer we would like to make this as automated as possible and have them be able to do this directly on the website as well as be able to list the order number and description of the bad item they purchased. then as long as the component is part of the item that they purchased they can choose to either send the old item back first (list tracking number when it is sent) or pay up front for the item and shipping. they then have 60 days to send the old item back to get the core charge warrantied. we can also set this up where this can happen automatically regardless of the item but we have to approve each transaction for it to go through (payment can still process first) 2) for wholesale customer they can either do this directly online under their account or they can call in and do it over the phone. Most time they are not charged to send new items out but we do charge shipping. Both systems are similar and we could utilize the same system as one but small changes on each.
