BuddyPress / Wordpress Expert

I need a REAL Buddypress/WordPress expert to get Buddypress fully working. I had 2 other programmers work on it and got it to 80% done. I turned off the Buddypress menu until its fully done and now I go back to turn it back on and the Buddypress pages are not showing up. I need this done ASAP.

I DON'T want excuses I want results!!! The WordPress Theme is not a Buddypress theme I need Buddypress to fit and look like my Theme I have now.
