Bootstrap website (Design and code)

Hi Project details? Build a complete website from scratch using Twitter bootstrap. The design has to be custom, hand made, unique and completely new. The css has to be static to work on all devices (that's why we're using boostrap). What kind of website is it? We want a website for our web agency company. Pages will be Home, About us, Services, Clients, Contact. The website will express our company profile in the best possible way! References, colors, how do we want the website? We would like a onepage design like [login to view URL] but with the design as [login to view URL] DO NOT COPY, DO NOT STEAL NOR USE A TEMPLATE FOR THIS PROJECT! EVERYTHING HAS TO BE BUILT FROM SCRATCH! Colors? Like [login to view URL] SEO? Onpage seo, optimize the website. No offpage SEO. Payment? No milstones 'till the design is 100% complete (picture only, no code). When design is complete I'll set up the "Design" milestone and pay you 40% of total project cost. The other milestones is your choice. How do you apply for this project? 1st: Bid your price and in the proposal just write something like "Hi, please check private msg" or something. Don't write much info in the project. 2nd: Send me a private msg with ONLY 5 WORKING links of your best previous work. If you're sending me more links/links that's not working I wont even consider you. And also send me some info about yourself/company. Don't send me wall of texts, I'm not going to read it. 3rd: Wait untill i reply you. 4th: Don't apply if you dont accept the payment terms.
