Basic Joomla Component

We have a design in psd ready. Would like this converted to Joomla too. To build a joomla component which will: The purpose of the site will be to allow business/individuals to looking for specific agencies around the UK. The site will allow users to search and compare up to 5 agencies based on factors such as distance, no of awards etc. The site will allow UK based marketing agencies to advertise on my site, for either a standard or premium membership. Once they join they will have a agency profile which will be searchable to people browsing the site. The agencies will pay monthly for their inclusion within the site. For their fees they will have a profile with the following features • Name, Address, Tel, Contact Email & Website • Google Map, plus nearest train station etc • Specialism e.g. Digital • Current Promotions (Premium users only) • (Non Flash) Slideshow/Portfolio of work (Premium users only) • Social Media real time feeds (Premium users only) • Agency awards (Premium users only) • Current Jobs (Premium users only) The site needs to have a login for both general users (free), and agencies (paid) In order to see specific information on an agency or contact an agency via my site they will need to login, however general users will not be charged. General users can post jobs to which agencies can apply or contact the user for. So I would need a message system, where other users can contact each other within the site, and where they can be informed of any new messages via email.
