Basic HTML/Javascript/CSS Website Design for Web App

Overview: This small project takes our existing site concept and creates a HTML5/CSS/javascript website that will become a web app for browsers and mobile devices. This site will be the “bones” for the web app. We will further develop by introducing javascript, databases, various APIs, etc.. to the pages you deliver in this project. The pages you create will be recompiled into native mobile phone apps utilizing Adobe’s PhoneGap. We are moderately technical so delivered work must be something we can edit directly ourselves using an editor of our choice. This project focuses on User experience and requires an accomplished designer. We will employ a prototyping approach where you will present general design concepts and recommendations based on our existing website and ideas. The prototyping will lead to the final design which can be completed with less interaction. What’s Expected from You: -Listen, understand, speak and communicate English very well -Must be able to Skype to collaborate -Quote must include completion timeframe -Develop the User Experience (UX) and the UI design -Brief description of why you should be chosen -Proactive - suggest best way to get project done easily -Proposed technical specification and development methodology -Expertise in Website design and layout HTML/CSS. Familiarity with JavaScript -Knowledge of web based apps - how website can integrate with mobile phones -Quality work & optimized coding required! - At least 3 examples of live websites we can review for considering you Requirements: - Will run on Windows server using SQLServer database. Not sure if IIS or php... will discuss - No third party licensed programs and royalty free code. We will own 100% delivered product. -Provide us with a list of the tools you have used in creating our website - All pages must display in mobile devices so use of centered single columns is preferred. - Page and site structure must be SEO friendly-ready. -Pages you create will be recompiled into native mobile phone apps utilizing Adobe’s PhoneGap, which means HTML5/CSS/javascript only with mobile apps in mind. - Install finished product on our website Payments will be awarded based on milestones being completed.
