Autosuggest Area/Postcode & Calculate Distance & Cost

This project needs to copy the 'instant quote' system on this minicab website: [url removed, login to view]
- It needs to be able to type in the area/postcode and it should autosuggest.
- Once submit it needs to give "From, To, Distance (mi), Estimated Time, Cost".
- Cost conditions is 'if selected airports then add £x to the cost'.
I found [url removed, login to view] but not sure if this is needed as I am assuming this project can be done in jquery/googlemapAPI.
This needs to be started right away.
I can imagine it should only take a few hours to create since you can use a script online which is already done (if you can find one). Budget is < $100.
Forgot this website does it in £. $100 = £65.
