Articles Website

Dear Bidders, I am looking for someone to build a new website that will be an authority website when it comes to Articles. The website should have the possibility of a membership, a categorization, possibility to post comments at each article. I will provide you with the articles in .txt format. The website should have the ability of bulk uploading of Articles by the Administrator and create new pages automatically. E.g. Name of File uploaded: [login to view URL] A new page should be created with the Topic "Fishing Bass", the page header as well as the page Decription should be "Fishing Bass" and the page key word should be "Fishing Bass, Fishing and Bass" Right column of every article page should have a box where the banner of a Recommended Product can be placed. But by the time of upload, either the administrator can choose a product/banner to each article or as default google Adwords. This should be changeable. If you need any further questions please do let me know. All questions asked will be answered publicly as additional description. Lowest price shall be prefered. Home Page and Category Pages should be SE Optimized. Bids will be taken as final. If your prices are too high and someone else bid lower, you will not have a chance to change your bid price. THE BUDGET is $30 to $250 not more and I actually would prefer something Lower than $150!
