CRM customization

I am going to be working with Zoho to build a custom suite for my business. I need assistance building this from scratch and using some of the other service as well. I am hoping I can find someone that can take the platforms used by zoho and create a inter office/crm software that my company can use very soon. All of the applications are there, just need them to be customized for what we do. Crm system customization -based off conversations, and workflow sheets interoffice collaboration that information flows to the crm system Please look over zoho, before putting in a bid. also please give us a time frame in which to complete, as well as pricing.
