dll for getting ebay feedbacks

I need a dll created in Visual Basic to get a list of feedbacks from ebay. The link used will be this. [login to view URL]*1&page=1&items=200 The ebay user from the link is my client. When ran, it should grab all the feedback information on the page (which would be 200). It needs to be done without using the internet transfer control or the webbrowser control either. Should use the Microsoft XML component so it can be also called from an ASP page as well. The component should return the information as a collection. The information to be contained would be this. 1. feedback rating (0 for positive, 1 for neutral, or 2 for negative) 2. bidder id 3. auction id 4. date of feedback 5. comments 6. my comments (my response to feedback) 7. other comments (their comments to my response) If there are any other comments, don't show those. This had been previously completed by someone. However, the format of the page has changed. ## Deliverables 1. The compiled dll and source code in Visual Basic 2.
