convert wind power global images to ms-sql database

i want to convert satellite images to ms-sql database. all color of pixels in map will be inserted to MS-SQL server. color of pixel will be converted to numerical data and this data will be inserted to SQL server. you will use visual basic to code software. sample images are attached. these images are global wind power graphic data. some images has 32 step color scala, some images have 64 step color scala. we have 130.000 of images. but you dont have to download them. you will create software and i'll convert 130.000 image to MS-SQL data and tell you if there is any bug. Software will create a average image of between two dates/altitutes i tell it. i will save average images in bmp format (only bmp is enough at moment) i will export pixel data as text format too (X,Y,value at each line). there is bug on some image files while we downloaded 130.000 images. date info included in filename is different from date info written in image. you will check filename and "date written in image" and report wrong named images. filenames are in [login to view URL] format. "20050101" is date and "_0500" is altitude information. "_2" is type of color scala (32 or 64 steps) 0500 means winds at 500mb altitute. (altitute that air weight is 500mb) images of all month names combined in a single image and attached. while coding, we need to chat on msn or icq continiously for technical details. this job is a small part of a big scientific research. we can work together for long period deal. please include info about if you are student, are you working, how many hours can you code in a day as average ? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
