Debug existing program

We have a product called Rom Law.? It works fine on most computers but we have a problem with some computers who cannot create registration files to purchase the product.? We cannot duplicate the problem. We are seeking a designer who has the same problem so we can hire you to assist in the debug of the program. ## Deliverables We need someone who has installed the product.? It is a .net sql lite application.? XP or Vista. After installing the product you must go to product registration and then create a prepaid registration file. After this is created a screen will pop up and say that a file with your last name, the word register and today's date? will be located in your c drive.? If so the program is working just fine. On the problem machines the message pops up and? states a file ".eri" has been created.? That is your last name, the word register and today's date will not be in the file and nothing will be located in your c drive.
