CreateToolWindow2 .NET 2005 sample

Hello, I'm looking for an example of the "CreateToolWindow2" function implementation in the VB.NET 2005 environment. I need an Add-In that will show up at runtime and will be a docking window containing a richtextbox control and a toolbar that can be anchor anywhere within the IDE. A VB.NET project will be provided as well for demo. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
