Copy Excel to Word

Hi there, I have an excel sheet with a table on it, and I need a VBA function to copy it to a Word document. I ALSO need it to maintain the format and borders that are shown in the excel sheet. Basically, I need to copy EXACTLY what you see in the worksheet to Word. I should be able to place the table using a bookmark in word. I need the word table to look EXACLTY like the excel sheet. It must be a table, no picture copying (I need the option to span a page break). Linking is fine, just so long as the link can be broken. The excel table range is B2:I21 (though is should be obvious).
