Convert raw image in ASP.NET

I have a directory with raw images obtained from a Identix fingerprint scanner. the size is 256x255 with 0 header. I'm attaching one of the images in .raw and .jpg The .raw can also be opened with Photoshop or other Editor supporting raw images. What I want to do, is convert the images at runtime and display them in the browser in jpg or gif format. I want the code to do that in a user control. The image to display should be in a param passed to the user control. I want also an example page using the user control, displaying the raw image I attached. The code must be in VB.NET (ASP.NET) not C# ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows, ASP.NET, VB.NET
