Computer Control

The circunstances A lot of micro computers conected in a local net where people plays computer games (like “conter-strike??) One additional computer, also in the net, runs a administrative system (developted in Visual Basic 6 with a Access 2000 database, running under Windows 98 or 2000) that let me control the rent of the computers, the sell of products, etc. To control the use of the computers, the clerck (at check-in) identify the costumer and the computer that he will use. What is the problem of the administrative system: Due to the fact that the administrative system is not able to “see?? wich computer is in use, there a possibility to use any computer without registration at the administrative system. What should be the solution: The administrative system should be enabled to control the use of the unused equipments. My idea is: when the administrative system understand (check-in time) that the computer will be used, enable the remote mouse or/and start button or/and Ctrl+Alt+Del , AND when the administrative control ends (check-out time) disable the remote mouse and/or the start button and/or Ctrl+al+Del. In others words, don´t let anyone uses a computer if the administrative system had not made the Check-in.
