Citrix Netstat Tool

I am searching for a program which runs as a service on the citrix server and controls telnet activity from clients to an third party server. There must be send an report to the contacted telnet server each 60 sec. when there are any new connections found. Program code should be in Visual Basic. There exists some dll from Citrix which should be used. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
