Build Macro -Rate file creator-

Hi, My goal is to reduce the number of manual actions which I need to undertake to create rate summary files. I would like to have 2 Macro's: First one is change rough data to seconds data. Second one is to create summary files from the seconds data. Attached I have a word document which contains the steps which are needed to be undertaken. Also attached a EURUSD and Summary example file (folder 200650) and a EURUSD, USDJPY rough data files (200709). Both can be used as examples and for testing. I have more data available, like GBPUSD and USDCHF, but its hard to upload them on the RAC site because they are pretty large. I am always open for new and better ideas!
