Bringer-Of-Hell's P2P

THIS PROGRAM MUST BE RITTEN IN VISUAL BASIC 6.0 I have the project most done exept for the 1 thing that confuses me i am a newby but i no a bit. this is a freeware p2p program for enjoyment. im 13 years old i dont have ne munny i just need a program that can search all files in 1 directory and for each file it finds make a new file with that filename in it for the sharing part of the project. this is a very small project but im hoping if i can get this done and ppl start useing it ill make the servers bigger so more ppl will be able to use it and more files will be able to be shared at once. PS. if you already no a program like it please tell me ## Deliverables 1) A complete and fully-functional program in source code form. 2) Deliverables must be in recode-to-needs condition 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for Bringer-Of-Hell's p2p" CODER will receive exclusive and complete rights to all my programs now and soon to come and will have the privlidge to be the test if agreed. ## Platform this program must be runnable on Windows XP
