Clone of web site with minor changes

We want a clone of this site ( [login to view URL] ) with minor changes, which are primarly the removal of parts. Some of the changes - remove Member Area and make it a "links" area with graphics possible for each one, the SKU # and product link area below it before picture of product, take out "A division of" area, be able to modify credit card/payment type display area. We will provide graphics for company logo ( logo will have legs which we expect you to make into a 'running' animal )and the other header areas, audio to be insertable it specific areas. We expect some type of Instruction manual so that novice personnel can maintain and modify this site on a daily basis. You must define to us in your initial bid, what type of Hosting Site Program is required to set all of this up, including the payment processing requirements. Pages must display the same if customer is using Opera, Firefox, IE5+, AOL, etc., in Windows, Linux, MAC OS., with no scoll necessary from left to right on the pages. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
