Another Car Site

Hello, I am looking for a coder to program and design a complete auto search website. I would like the site to be able to search all the major automobile classifieds sites including: - [[login to view URL]][1] - [[login to view URL]][2] - [[login to view URL]][3] - [[login to view URL]][4] - [[login to view URL]][5] User goes to the website and selects the make, model, years, zip code, and distance, then the site will locate all the valid searches from all the sites and catogorize them by either year, price, distance, or site found. A very similer website is [[login to view URL]][6] (from this site all I need is the section in grey, Please see the snap shot of the site, I need the area in the red box.) The should many banners in different areas. The admin area should be able to upload and remove banners, ad new vehicles and years to the searches. I believe the site should be created using META or BETA No one will be listing any cars on the site or buying any cars from the site, the site will just be a gateway for all of the auto classifieds sites, This makes it easier for people searching for cars because they will only have to do one search instead of going to each site and searching. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform What ever works
