Hi Your Project requirements are quite clear but there is one point for which I need clarification. You have mentioned that "we can add any other fields that connect with database". Should it mean that form will be generate dynamically by reading fields from DB. and if you add field in DB then that field will be automatically displayed on form, and will be removed in reverse case? Kindly clarify this point. Thanks
