create widget boxes in wordpress theme

I am looking for someone to create widget boxes in my wordpress theme. An example of the boxes that I am looking for can be found at www.trek2befit.com. My website can be found at [login to view URL] I would like the 3 boxes that he has under his navigation bar added to my widget options. The 3 boxes should be placed in the same location and be viewable on all pages and posts. I just need the widget area created so that I can add custom html or anything else to it. I will also need to be able to change the color of the boxes individually.
