comment like soundcloud.com

I have a wordpress/buddypress site, I want the comment to be display as in soundcloud.com. You have to go to [login to view URL] and see the way comment is display to get the scope. 1. Initially, comment box20 x 20 user profile picture of users that made comments are displayed 2. On hover on avatar comment box appeared. see [login to view URL] 3. When hover on avatar, comment is displayed as pop up. Comment box shown. On hover out comment made by user disappeared. 4. On adding a comment enter button on keyboard will be used to submit 5. After submit avatar of new user that made comment shows up 6. Comment box disappeared. I want a coder that will do this for not more than $25. Please you don't need to bid this is not ok. Thanks
