I am looking for a shared database which could be shared between different users who will access from online. This database will store resumes only. I will need a software that will fetch the name of the person, telelphone, email and possibly education once the resume is uploaded and it will store it and append it to excel sheet or other softwares. Ex, If i upload 100 resumes, I can assign to whoever can see that database by providing them user credentials. Once they are uploaded, It will also generate an excel with all the names, telephone, email and possibly education. I do have a website and it can possibly be uploaded if needed. Please suggest some ideas.

1) admin uploads resumes to database as in doc format? 2) admin creates random users and assign the resume to them 3) users sign in and see the excel document which will be converted when admin upload a resume am i correct?
