Cron Job to bulk update woocommerce prices

Part 1: I have a PHP class which supplies in a JSON feed of all available products and prices. This json feed updates every minute. I need to plug this json feed content into woocommerce. The woocommerce SKU is the same as the product ID in the JSON feed. If the SKU and the JSON product ID match, then the product price in WooCommerce needs to be updated with the price in the json feed. To do this I require a php script which I will set-up as a cronjob to run every minute. That way the woocommerce products will be synchronised with the prices from the json feed. Part 2: If an item is in the shopping cart, the shopping cart prices must also be re-calculated. Prices are fixed at time of checkout, but re-calculated if older than 5 minutes. There must be a countdown timer showing how long the user has to checkout. Javascript will need to be used. The server needs to check that the prices are correct prior to allowing checkout. Miscellaneous: Attached is an example of the feed which you will have access to. Various other projects are in the pipeline. So consider this one a tester for larger jobs.
