Create new features for an existing Magento extension

We have a POS-plugin from MageStore which need some customization / bug-fixing. It regards the following changes:
1) Add an additional textbox "Paid cash"; this is the amount customer paid in cash. This should be registered along with the Magento Order
2) Adjust the receipt in a way that it can be printed using a receipt printer (70mm)
3) Adjust the receipt in a way that it also displays discounts and user points (the points are implemented already by MageStore; they only need to be displayed on the receipt)
4) When you choose to place the order on behalf of an existing customer, there is a bug, which is that it doesn't store address changes in customer account.
5) For the rest, it should be done in the Magento way and all functionality should reside in the plugin itself; I should be able to install it on a plain Magento installation
On acceptance the plugin will be sent by e-mail
