This bid is for a Windows program that does what you want and its source code (written in either C# or Delphi, as you wish). Is the program you are replacing running as you're doing the replacing? If so, that might complicate things.

Hello, I am a software developer and installer creator. I have five years of experience in programming. I can create the executable installer for you. It will also include the uninstaller. The installer will search the folder (does the user needs to select the location or is it set in the installer?) and replace the files in that folder with the new ones (EXE's or DLL's in the folder can be replaced based on version number being newer. Do you want that?). Furthermore, search and remove the specific file from the computer. At the end open the installed program. This will only take a day for me to finish.
