Create Referral and loyalty reward site

I am looking to have a website designed that will track and reward retail customers and the person referring the customer to the store. The website design and backend will need to include the following items: My websites homepage to describe the system with a simple how it works area. Allow Retail Store to signup and pay via my website(Paypal?) Simple setup for the Retailer by entering Name, address, phone,website and uploading logo. One page setup to make it very simple. My website will automatically generate a custom retailers loyalty rewards website with the Retailers information and loyalty reward program installed at their own custom web address. Retailers Loyalty Reward Site: Allow referring agent to register via website through one page signup form. Referral Agent login via email address and password or via Facebook login. Referring agent can enter contact info for customer which generates a customizable discount email and registers the customer in the customer reward program. System checks to see if the customer is already assigned to another referral agent based on email address. Referring agent area displays their total points accrued and links to Agent reward area. Reward areas: 2 separate areas - 1 for customers and 1 for Referral Agents Customizable point accrual system per Retailer or Admin(myself) Customizable Reward levels and Reward type Automated reward selection based on individuals accrued points that generates a reward email letter and deducts appropriate points based on reward selection. Retailer Backend: Reporting based on Customers Point Totals (current and lifetime) Custom Email to Customers sorted by Point Totals Entry of points by attaching to Customer Email Automated referral point entry based on Customers Points entered. Admin Backend: Ability to Customize Point Accrual settings and reward level for each Retailer. Generate Reports based on the referral agents current point totals and lifetime point accruals. Reports on number of Retail sites active, total number of referral agents, total number of registered customers.
