We would like to install a customizable banner display system on our website. Examples of usage would include displaying specialized banners to visitors who have previously viewed one of our competitor's websites, displaying custom banners to visitors who have previously added an item to the shopping cart, and displaying (or not displaying ads) based on a user's IP address. We envision this as a dynamic banner display system based on the contents of a cookie on a user's system. This could be an original custom designed piece of software or an implementation of an existing piece of software. This system would be controlled through our X-Cart administration panel.
