Cloning a website

Dear coders, I am looking for a coder who can copy a website [login to view URL] Besides this I need a CMS which can do the following: * There are two types of customers. * **Privat customers.** On the front end customers must be able to fill in a form about their phone defects. This means on one side to select the defect and the price from a drop down list. So a customer chooses Nokia>Model>Defect=Dropdown with known defects and associated prices. If customer choses one item on the dropdown menu then the price should appear as to be paid. After completing they must pay the cost for repair and are redirected to the payment section. If the defect was not clear they have to pay a certain amount as admin cost whcih they will get back if we repair their device. Once they submit they will get an email with the link to their repair status section and the address where they can send their device to. * Business customers. These customers get a login code and can log in to make new bookings. They prebook repairs to us which we will see as a new order in the backend. They do not have to pay immidiatly. But they should get an email with the bookingcode and also a llink to the repair section that they can give to their customers. * Each email that a customer sends us must have a unique code so we can track who responds to it and when. Backend alsou * On the back end * Once we receive the order we must be able to check the orders and select the repairing agent which will take care of the repair. And they must then receive the selected orders as TXT,CSV and XLS file. Once the repair is done the repair agent emais us back the TXT,CSV or XLS fiel which we can upload to update the stauts of the orders to the customers. * We must be able to add new business customers and edit or delete them. * The data of each customer privat or business must be stored on the backed. They have to be stored as privat or business customers. * import export everything. * Each export on PDF, CSV, TXT. * A shipping section XML based. * We must be able to communicate directly with the customer through the order section by email.
